SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is free to every destination available at checkout, with no minimum order. Optional express services and their prices are shown at checkout.
DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Duties and import taxes are included for every destination available at checkout. Our fulfilment partner handles customs clearance and these charges, so you will not be asked to pay additional duties or import taxes on delivery.
If you receive a customs payment request or need help with delivery, contact talkhere@formyfriendsofficial.com with your order number so we can resolve it.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. In peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Asia: 3–10 business days
- USA: 6–12 business days
- UK: 4–6 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Other available destinations: 7–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, courier delays, weekends or holidays. These estimates exclude customs clearance delays.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERY
In some cases, we can coordinate with the courier for re-delivery. This depends on the courier’s policies and availability. If the failed delivery is due to reasons within your control, such as an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the package, additional re-delivery fees may apply. These fees are determined by the courier.
Ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.
