We ship from our fulfilment partner in China. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout.

RATES

Standard shipping is free to every destination available at checkout, with no minimum order. Optional express services and their prices are shown at checkout.

Rates are shown in your local currency at checkout.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow up to 6.

Typical delivery times from dispatch:

Asia, 3 to 10 business days
United Kingdom, 4 to 6 business days
Europe, 4 to 10 business days
United States, 6 to 12 business days
Rest of world, 7 to 18 business days

All times are estimates and exclude customs delays. Tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves our warehouse, and updates can take 1 to 3 business days to appear.

DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Duties and import taxes are included for every destination available at checkout. Our fulfilment partner handles customs clearance and these charges. You will not be asked to pay additional duties or import taxes on delivery. If you receive a customs payment request, contact talkhere@formyfriendsofficial.com with your order number so we can resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your address before ordering. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded less the outbound shipping cost.

FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery fails, we can sometimes arrange a re-delivery with the courier, subject to their policies. Where the failure is within your control, such as an incorrect address or nobody available to receive the parcel, the courier may charge a re-delivery fee.
